A deposit is taken when you book to reserve your time with Dr Hass. For consultations, this is £100 in clinic or £50 for a virtual consultation, and it is redeemed in full against your treatment.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. With 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is simply carried over to your new appointment. Changes made within 48 hours, or missed appointments, mean the deposit is retained, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you.

If you are new to the clinic, we invite you to begin with a consultation. Dr Hass will assess your concerns personally, talk you through your options and design a plan tailored to you, with no obligation to proceed. Choose an in-person consultation (30 minutes) at 27 Hill Street, Mayfair, or a virtual consultation (15 minutes) from wherever suits you.
